Junya Ishigami - Japanese pavilion for the Venice Biennale, 2009. The various greenhouse structures are situated among a dense garden. The minimal structures house foreign plants, and are designed in a proportional relationship to the various species. The extremely transparent glass envelopes and slender columns dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior, shelter and garden. Scans via, photos © Iwan Baan.
