Everyone stand in a line.
First person picks up the apple and bite into it exactly 180 degrees opposite to the screw head. Pass the apple back without turning around.
Continue biting into the apple in the exact spot where the people before has bitten it and pass it back without turning around. The person at the end of the line should move to the front after their bite and continue passing it on.
The bite should only make the previous bites deeper into the apple, not next to it. Your bite can be as deep or shallow as you’d like. If you encounter the core or the seeds, continue biting into it. If you encounter the screw, continue biting off the apple flesh around it.
Once a person deems the apple to be too dangerous to continue biting, they may give up by bringing the apple to the nearest wall. They are now the Loser. Face the wall and hold the apple behind your back.
The rest of the line then gathers around the Loser and shames them by drilling the apple into the wall above their head.
If the remnant of the apple falls off, the Loser is salvaged and the rest of the line falls to their knees, picking up the apple flesh.
If most of the apple remains on, the Loser must eat the rest of the apple attached to the wall as the rest of the line watches.
The screw has been thoroughly washed with soap and water.
