I'm enjoying this idea of certain practices specific to the season
~ Picking piles of flora on daily walks, in spring
~ Expanding outward (connecting with others), in spring
~ Making digital art with scans of my flora pickings from my daily walks, in spring~summer
~ Holding hands with the web of budding tree branches, in spring~summer
~ Waking up with the sun at 5am, in summer
~ Laying on warm stone as if laying on the cheek of God, in summer
~ Writing, in fall
~ Making digital art with pics of light + shadows from my daily walks when the flowers are all dead, in fall~winter
~ Dancing with my shadow videos because only in this season does the sun hit my apartment in the ways
necessary for me to capture my shadow's movements, in winter
~ Going inward (hermit), in winter
~ Going to sleep with the sun at 7pm, in winter
~ Drawing, all year round
~ Visiting the lake daily, all year round
~ Thanking the mycelium network under my feet with gentle steps, all year round
~ Noticing the moon, all year round
~ Being as considerately honest, grounded in presence (gently pure), all year round
~ Making choices that will not let my heart rot, all year round
