personally, i eat all plants π± but i am open to exploring why others cannot transition!
as of July 26th, 2021, I want to pursue 95% whole, unprocessed, gluten-free, soy-free, unrefined foods, which means no sugar, refined carbs, while also focusing on omega 3 fats, monounsaturated fats.
I mostly want to eat vegetables, fruits, & other plant-based foods, while also trying to integrate nuts/seeds (they're not my favorite honestly), and I want to try glucomannan. My aim now is to not only to eat plant-based/vegan food, but also a focus on eating foods that optimize gut flora that provides prebiotics (nondigestible food ingredients that promotes the growth of bacterial microorganisms in the intenstine ) to promote healthy bacteria in the guts.
